No. You don’t need a finished brief, sitemap or clear idea of what the website should look like.
Start by telling us about the business, where things stand now and what you’d like to improve. We’ll use that as the starting point to understand what the website actually needs to do before determining the right direction.
Yes. Where an existing system is working well for the business, we’ll look at how it can form part of the new website rather than replacing it unnecessarily.
That might include booking platforms, ecommerce tools, forms or other systems your business already relies on. We’ll assess what needs to connect with the website during the planning stage and make any requirements clear before the project begins.
Yes. A rebuild doesn’t mean everything that already exists needs to be discarded.
We’ll look at your current website, what’s working, what isn’t and how the business has changed since it was built. From there, we can determine what should be retained, improved or reconsidered so the new website better reflects where the business is now and where it’s heading.
Stronghold projects are scoped around what the business actually needs, but we provide clear starting points so you have an idea of the investment before getting in touch.
Landing Pages — from $1,100
A focused single-page website built around one clear purpose, offer or customer journey.
Complete Website Design & Build — from $2,495
Our starting scope covers a complete website of up to five pages. The actual page structure is determined around the business rather than a predetermined template. If the website requires additional pages, functionality or integrations, these are identified during planning and included clearly in your project quote.
Website Rebuilds — from $2,495
For established businesses whose existing website no longer reflects the business or supports where it’s heading. The starting scope covers a rebuild of up to five pages. We assess what’s already working, what should be retained and what needs to be improved or rebuilt. Additional pages or more involved requirements are scoped accordingly.
There are no surprise additions after the scope is agreed. You’ll know what’s included and what the project will cost before work begins.

What to expect while your website is being planned, designed and built.
You know your business better than anyone, so your input matters — but we don’t expect you to manage the project yourself.
We’ll involve you at the points where your knowledge and decisions are needed, keep communication clear throughout the project and guide the process from planning through to launch.
We’ll work with you to determine what content the website needs and how it should be structured.
Depending on the project, you may provide existing information, imagery and business-specific details for us to work from. Any additional content requirements or specialist services will be discussed and clearly included in the project scope where applicable.
The timeframe depends on the size and requirements of the website, the content involved and any systems or integrations that need to be considered.
Once we understand the project, we’ll outline the expected timeframe as part of the scope so you know what to expect before work begins. We’ll also let you know what we’ll need from you to help keep the project moving.
OWNERSHIP & ONGOING
Long-term clarity
and support.
How your website, domain, email and ongoing support work after launch.
Your domain and business email remain yours.
If you need help setting them up or connecting them to your website, we can assist, but the accounts and associated third-party costs remain in your name and under your control. Domain registration and email services are not bundled into Stronghold’s website hosting.
For websites that need an ongoing managed home with Stronghold, our Standard Website Service starts at $19.99 per month, with Enhanced and Custom options available where the website has additional technical requirements.
The appropriate service level is based on what the website needs to operate — not how many pages it has. Any ongoing design changes, new features, content work or professional services outside the website service can be discussed and quoted separately.
Launch isn’t the end of the relationship unless you want it to be.
We’ll make sure the website is ready to operate as intended and clarify anything you need to know moving forward. If your website is hosted with Stronghold, its ongoing technical environment is covered by the website service you’ve selected.
If you later need design changes, new functionality, content updates or more involved assistance, you can get in touch. Straightforward questions are always welcome, while work requiring dedicated time can be handled through a consultation or quoted separately.
